My sister lives in Tampa (again) and loves it. I visited once and totally felt like i was in Land of the Carnies when we drove through some of the burbs.

Thanks sputnik, I've heard about that. Hopefully I won't be affected (as much) seeing as this biz is more on the financing side. But of course.. if there's a bubble bursting.. it wouldn't be all that good.
