Here's something strange about Miami. CALLES, maybe you'll know more.
When you drive around 95, through downtown, every direction you look there are at least 5 luxury high rise apartment buildings being built. Big cranes everytwhere. It's like a crazy amount. Who's buying those units?!

Nice! Even though I don't visit art galleries and such regularly (maybe 5-6 times a year) it reflects what type of environment a city is. Diversity is a must or I'd be bored to bits.

Yeah, it does get hot in the summer, but you get use to it. And as long as you stick close to the coasts you get a breeze.
It's definitely an awesome place to be if you want to spend a lot of time outdoors, especially from December to May.

yeah man the city is growing so much... it feels like everyday theres a new crane... i dont know how they are going to sell all those units... specially for the prices that they are goin for... they say "starting from the low 500,000$'s" it feels like its ognna burts... we will see... im at least in the art deco area
