that is a great start, ornette coleman may turn you off, be careful with that stuff.
many songs are fifteen minutes long and far beyond comprehension.

I found a wicked jazz lounge downtown this week - there are 10 rooms and a common lounge. They have vinyl and a record player in all the rooms, and you can order cigars and scotch to the rooms.

Brad Upton's local to Boulder and he used to teach me trumpet. He's amazing, but some of his stuff is more laid back and swanky. May be perfect for loungin' though.
