looks good.
you might want to stick some sample copy in there, it might get a bit 'information overload' especially with the vertical grey logo.

Just wondered how much show through you'll get with all that Ink on the back...
- kelpie0
yeah, I wouldn't personally have the vert logo backprint in there, but otherwise it looks great to my eye. Fits the bill, for what they do, has a vaguely 'healthcare-ish" feel to it :)

the 'stepped' 3 column type [contact info] needs to be examined more...
I'm not sure what to say but overall it seems quite cluttered, busy and a bit too much for a piece of stationary, sorry if these vague comments are late, sir...
it won't happen again...

plus on the front it looks like you could bring down the point size for the address, contact details.. etc and maybe stack it into 1 column rather than three

See that it doesn't snuggs!
Good call though, and you Bluejam.
The water mark was the clients idea. :/

hello concrete,
I don't really think the vertical logo is necessary either. It could be a lot lighter.
Also .... how come the 't' in parenta is a reverse of the stand alone mark and not the same?
Do you know what I mean?
Mr T
- Concrete0
Well observed, Mr T. It is the wrong way round not deliberate. I will correct it before it goes to print.
I changed the mark slightly to increase the integrity of the dye cut. I will be changing this too so there is no bar between.

concrete,
can you screen out the purple on the back to say, 40-60 percent?
fix the T for consitency (already covered)
remove the watermark, who is the designer? you or your client?
and for the footer, at Medtronic, they have a similar set-up. but they align the columns at the top rather than the bottom. and without the watermark, you could shift the footer to the right a bit, but you need to be careful not to destroy the grid.
peace.

I would use full coverage on the back to get full coverage to prevent obnoxious dee thru. It will also create a real nice contrast. That purple on white really explodes of the paper, so to get the full effect,. I would use limited purple on the front, and then reverse out the palette on the back.

i agree that the vertical logo (watermark) is a bit too much. and the address, phone numbers etc - maybe put them all together into two lines of text, so its more like a block. like:
the name of the company, address, street name, etc
and on the second line - phone number, fax number e-mail address and so on..
maybe
imho

a bit of a side issue here, and I apologize if this was mentioned in the last thread (or if it's way too late to worry about these things), but the font looks a LOT like the GE custom typeface Inspira, and the purple color is almost dead on to the purple in GE's primary color palette – I laid it out in for comparison. If this company is in healthcare, I'd be wary about trademark issues:

Def 2col for address on front.

pls elaborate my dear friend!!!
could save me a serious headache.
