concrete,
can you screen out the purple on the back to say, 40-60 percent?
fix the T for consitency (already covered)
remove the watermark, who is the designer? you or your client?
and for the footer, at Medtronic, they have a similar set-up. but they align the columns at the top rather than the bottom. and without the watermark, you could shift the footer to the right a bit, but you need to be careful not to destroy the grid.
