no - I agree it's a gimmick, but disagree with your statement:

who are Mother? I don't read CR as my role of designer no longer requires me to be creative, just to do what my clients tell me as it turns out they're all more creative and skilled than me so I don't know this mother.
I daren't search on google because safe search is turned off and I don't a load of motherlover sites in my history ..
