I have my prints ready, just trying to work out how to keep them flat on their trans continental journey...
How are you guys packing these things?
I was thinking about sandwiching the print between two thin mdf boards...

Tubes are good, I might go hunt some down. If everyone sends their print in a re-usable package, then everyone will only have to sort out 4 packages and then re send out the packages they get sent.
*and you will be popular in 420 friendly houses for recycling.

I think recycling is a great idea too, I bought mailing tubes today and there is plenty of space for recycling. They were 'bout 1.98 each, which is not bad.

i'm definitely all for reusing the packaging. we have some flat-pack cardboard envelopes made for shipping photos at work, dunno if they're sturdy enough, though.
in other news, i am taking this end of january deadline very seriously! i'm very envious that you are all so organised, but my ntphes will be going out on the 31st! not a moment sooner!

Yeah, i'm not to worried about it, I've got to start playing with some printing options while I continue to take some pics. I should just tell everyone that my shots will be late, I'm taking a trip feb 1-5 and it has strong potential to offer up the shot I will include. But I do have a few I like which could also make it. But my trip will offer up some unique shots. sorry!

Agreed...I am going to be working down to the wire.
I have a few "backup shots" but I am furiously snapping and developing film until I have the shot that's just right.
Can't wait to see everyone's stuff. It's all going on my walls!

I am gonna run them on our Epson 9600.. its archival and we have a nice matte watercolor paper.. is that cool? 11.5 inches square...
