DH - use "supersimple" for $90 off.
I use DH only for a sandbox environment. They have been way too unreliable to really host a client site on. My databases have gone down too many times to remember, and sites/email a few times too.
20 bucks to host 100 domain names isnt a bad deal if it means that you can count on uptime.

I use MT, and slicehost.
It is pretty easy to charge a client for monthly hosting on it, but since plesk isnt installed, you gotta make sure that they never want access to "their" server.

Or a Kia over Lexus.
Sure the Budget hosting company offer a very nice service, but then the site really matters i would host it with MT over any of those guys.

I just switched to Media Temple's grid server after a year long painful experience with Dreamhost. check out their dreamhoststatus.com page to see what i mean. Every day there is more downtime and they try to pretend it's not their fault. Awful. Also, I have had tons of email problems with them.
I know no host is 100% perfect, but I had to switch out of principle.
