Oh for crying out loud, why is this an issue? It's not like there's such a thing as customer service in ANY store in the US of A anymore....I'd rather be able to get a clerk to say "Thank you" or be able to return something without submitting to a blood test than worry if I'm going to get some unenthusiatic teenager to say Merry Christams...fuck I'd settle for en enthusiastic Allah Akbar at this point from someone in the Retail industry...
