anyway - get rid of crappy strapline & contact boxes and re-consider your colour shades.
the outline on your hiveminds text should probably go and you should spend a wee bit more time tweaking your leaf overlays - they don't feel natural. what;s that griddy thing supposed to be? why have you stroked the outer lines with a brush?
if I were you, i'd make it look good in grayscale then start faffing with the colours - you've got about 3 families of green living in there and not co-existing as they could.

sorry but Don't like it at all for 3 reasons...
1.- the green is annoying. I could not stand it. i actually attempted suicide after seeing that. thank god my roommate was around and talked me into not doing it.
2.- it looks dated. i started studying design 6 years and even back then I saw that not many people were doing things like this anymore. At least I wasn't :o)
3.- Sorry but I am doing laundry at this very moment. Gotta run downstairs to get everything from the dryer.
Once i think of a 3rd reason why i don't like it, I'll come back.In the meantime, play with colours, typefaces and say by ebye to the C H M you have at the top.

i don't know, but nothing is refined on your site. it looks like elements are composed very carelessly.

but seriously. the green was a bit too much. Experiment with colour combinations. The green in that illustration is not that bad, what i am not liking so much is the green you used for the bottom (Contact). it's too bright and it steals a lot from the illustration.
As to the illustration itself well that's all you. If it reflects your style or what you wanna communicate then that's cool.
but things you could try is to incorporate 'evolving print..." into the illustration. it wouldn't hurt to try.
Also play with the stroke you have in "hiveminds" coz to me it is a bit thick. and maybe try to use a bg colour and no tjust white.Hope this helps.
