Well executed. Bit overdone.
JD is right.

I would say maybe open up the gaps. They look to be about 3px, I would say expand them to 5 or maybe even 8. I would also extend the tails of the "g" and the "j" and bump the height of the "d" and the dots on the "i" and "j" which will help it hold up at smaller sizes. I tired shrinking it down myself, and it held up better then I thought it would, but I think it needs just a little bit more to keep it clear. Overall, I think it's a great improvement over the first one you showed.

good point JD. you could have a small version that doesnt have the gaps, just a solid shape.

looks nice.
the 'd' to the 'e' needs work. the harshness of the 'e' ending square throws off the flow.

will never hold up smaller than 1 1/2 inch...

this is the first time i saw this logo (missed the previous post), but i'm not feeling it's quite there yet. i like the concept, but the negative shapes (especially in the word design) are not settling well with me. there's a lot of space to the left of the 's' and under the 'n,' but it's tight everywhere else. not sure how to remedy it, but i thought i'd throw that out.
the other thing is the 'j' and the 'o' in mojo. my eye wraps around the last 'o' and reads the 'j' as an 'i.' i figured it out, but looking at it the first time, i was confused for a second... then again, a lot of things tend to confuse me ;)

you could also try bringing the bar of the 'e' to the stroke on the left and split it with the 1px stroke... nice. very nice indeed.

nice job.. *HUGE* improvement since the first post.
as for the "e" (assuming its the horizontal bar thats bugging you) i'd just go for the same lineweight as everything else and split it dead center.. as per an avant garde bold "e".
