eh whatever Kona, my main beef with rush is that he consistently blames victims and convinces working class people to vote against their best interests.
I mean the guy does things like blame the obesity problem in america on liberal government under clinton and foodstamps.
blames katrina victims for their problems, wonders why they just didn't jump in there cars and get out of there.
He is just completely out of touch.
I listen to both of these shows and Rush just isnt interested in hearing anything that goes against the republican talking points. It is absolute propaganda at its worst.
Comparing him to Franken is completely unfair. Unless you don't listen to both and just read about them. I understand people having a point of view, but the guy weekly says things that are just ridiculous.
I would love to see a debate between these guys.
All Rush cares about is money and not people. Huge difference in ideologies.

Maybe Rush said that knowing that it would cause a big stir and then the public would see just how brutal Parkinson's is.

I just read the posts way, way back that talk about how a woman or a jew or any minority can't be president because of blah blah. I really wish people would stop saying this crap.
It's like a propoganda virus that progressive minded people carry and spread like the plague. Stop perpetuating mediocrity and maybe we can actually get someone in office who isn't a mindless puppet.
I think Hilary would be a great leader. Obama will be great with more experience.

monkey, I believe it is the sad truth and also think it is a bad risk to take at such an integral time. I will let the primaries decide though.
- mrdobolina0
more unamerican news...
- mrdobolina0
please don't talk about the biggest political mistake in modern times.
- monkeyshine0
Understood MrD but think about what you're saying;you're really perpetuating this fear based upon no real substance.
While you are right in saying that this is a sad truth, its a negative that the GOP wants us to spread...and boy, do we spread it! I think its our responsibility as progressive thinkers to keep the public discourse on target. Stop repeating the empty refrains that the GOP plants in your ear. So many dynamic candidates have been derailed by this propoganda...and it's starting to happen right now with Nancy Pelosi. I'm sick of it.

It's a sticky situation, Monkey. Just thinking strategically. Won't sway my vote at all.

Check out Rush's "apology":
"Now people are telling me they have seen Michael J. Fox in interviews and he does appear the same way in the interviews as he does in this commercial," Limbaugh said, according to a transcript on his Web site. "All right then, I stand corrected. . . . So I will bigly, hugely admit that I was wrong, and I will apologize to Michael J. Fox, if I am wrong in characterizing his behavior on this commercial as an act."
Then Limbaugh pivoted to a different critique: "Michael J. Fox is allowing his illness to be exploited and in the process is shilling for a Democratic politician."
I'd like to kick that fat fuck out of a moving train.

Yes, I would have to pronounce that k0na_an0k has the reflection of a post supermedium era. It is the aroma of ebony and the taste of emerald red irrigate. It is clear that America is a place of total equality and we are now scattering that freedom around the world. We are even allocating this god given gift to people who follow the mistaken god. There is nothing shameless in defending freedom we as Christian must do this. This is the pinnacle of conclusion. For me I want Fabulousness.
- k0na_an0k0
i have no idea what you just said.
was that negative towards me or positive?
- kyl30
neutral
- k0na_an0k0
i'm still re-reading that paragraph and can't figure it out.
well then super_real if it was neutral i can only half tell you to fuck off.
so...
fuck
- ********0
Half of "fuck off" is in fact "fuck" as the other half would be " off".
kOna you are correct as usual.
- SUPER_REAL0
k0na_an0k I SUPPORT YOU AND THOSE LIKE YOU.
You are fluid for lubrication in this information super highway. It is a series of tubes, as you know. In addition, when these left wing partisan children get on you, remind them of our victories over the terrorist in the liberated Afghanistan and the Accomplished Mission in Iraq. Moreover, is not it interesting how the corrupt democrats want to hide there involvement in the Jack Abramoff scandal. Also who is that democrat who is messing with children again?
- k0na_an0k0
hahaha... ok borat of the pvn.
