current (ss) Shared Server customers will pay the same price that you have been paying for your account. example: if you have been paying $7.95 per month for your (ss) Shared Server Pro account, then you will pay $7.95 for your (gs) Grid Server Lite.
I also have the 50% discount and would lhope that this applies to me too...?

i just finished migrating. i was on the ss plan previoulsy. upgrading your plan is part of the migration process btw. i picked up a one year plan for $94.
in my experience, it's worth it to pony up. mt is good, i've gone the cheapo route before, and you really do get what you pay for.

if you log into your media temple account center, there is an option for migration. I am migrating at the moment.

I am in 3rd step of migration....
just called them about some webmail stuff.... they said they would honor your price that you currently have..
they are not looking to jack current customers..... most likely they will take the hit on current customers in order not to lose them and work on getting new clients.....
remember you can now host more sites .... so that means you can possibly charge your clients for hosting...

yeah, they told me i could keep my 50% discount even though i am downgrading from a > 50$/month dv server
that would make it 10$ per month, and at the amount i have prepaid, i have a long time with MT from now
they seem to always take care of me
and the new gs has subversion installed
it really is a good deal
