Can't decide if it's the best movie I've seen all year...or the shittiest. Mainly because of the ending.

The ending was a bit slapstick tho. Especially the bit where Chase from 24 revealed he was dirty too...
Gangs of New York was the same, good film, great acting, great direction but shite ending.

ahhh, you're on crack yo, that film was sooooo dope.. i'm still thinking about it, a week after.. totally awesome ending.. mark walberg was so frickin dope.. after i heart huckabees he really got into his characters.. he was born for his role in i heart huckabees, though..

Nicholson was amazing - he made that movie. Actually the shole cast was good...great characters..but the ending (no spoilers!)...just wank...so wank. Too easy...didn;t make any sense at all.
For example - what the fuck was in that brown envelope that Damon gave the pschiatrist and told her to read only if he said so or if he died? Hmmmm?
So is that Tony Leung/Andy Lau film the original then? Can't believe I let that one slip through my radar...

Thought the ending was good, thats meant to be the real ending taken from the original script, the ending of infernal affairs was watered down, maybe because of the follow up sequals.

the brown envelope was the evidence. the second envelope wasn't addressed to the girl it was addressed to matt damon. she only opened it seeing caprio's name as the sender.
and yes the elevator scene was a bit weak. as I wanted a more emotional farwell to caprio's character, knowing that he was gonna get popped.
was it his baby too?

I went to see it on Saturday night with josimar and we thought it was a bunch of jeb.
The end was crap, Matt damon was crap, the photoshop on the picture of the girl was crap and one more thing..... you know when he gave the brown envelope to the girl and said only open this when I tell you to or if you never hear form me again in like two weeks or something well so fuck he dies and then what you never find out what is in the envelope what a waste of fucking time this movie was.
The only good things about this movie were that jack nicolson was ace as being a cunt, and you got to see that lassie in pants.
Fucking shithouse film.
