jevad, I never thought I'd hear this from you... I feel the same fuckin way about my job right now... everyday it's like an uphill battle to even walk into this door to face the same bullshit.
Please, let's just put together NTN (Newstoday Network) design team. We'll all just pursue huge clientel and utilize each others strong points for the team... WE'LL KEEP IT REAL!!!

Do what I did.
Take time off. At least a year. Open up a store and work it for a year straight. Not a design or trendy t-shirt store either. You need the complete opposite of this hell you are in. Then after a year, start freelancing here and there. Pick and choose the good projects only, reject many, it feels good. Then when you are ready, go full time again. Either sell the business if it's doing well or keep it running like I am and have two incomes.
sounds easy... but it's not.
Now I'm relaxed and LIFE IS GOOOOOOD!!!! (again)

shit, I've been onthe same 1 project for 1 year... sigh, All dev work, little design (handled by the in-house *cough "designer"). My own clients save me from design boredom. But i hear ya.
Go to vegas, I'm heading out Nov 1-5 to clear/poison my mind, body and soul. It's all about stepping away sometimes.

I have been very burnt out lately.
We have 3 designers (including myself) but one is on maternity leave and the other is now gone. Thus, I'm left with all the work. That combined with an extremely busy personal schedule explains my lack of posts recently.
I am on the verge of an extremely exciting opportunity with a friend/colleague of mine which would be totally life-changing for me in so many positive ways. I don't know if it will happen or not but the possibility is what's keeping me going right now. More details to come later.
