Didn't read the whole thread, but "fabulous," especially when spoken loudly, with that drawn out "a" like
fAAAAAAbulous.
Oh, and "bling." Can't stand hearing that word in everyday language.

no.
it implies that you don't understand someone's rudimentary logic like when someone responds to something u say in a defensive manner when you weren't being offensive in the first place....
ex: "no, I'm saying blah blah blah".
really makes me want to commit acts of agression. mainly a backhand.

sometimes in presentation meetings I will make up phrases or words that apply to design and see how long it takes the marketing drones to stsart using them.

the use of a plural verb form when a singular verb form is required: for example: Apple have recalled their laptops, or 'the BBC have announced their new website', well, that's great news but YOUR GRAMMAR IS WRONG. Well it' s not really wrong but I find it annoying every time and can't ignore it. I mean I GET IT that more than person works at the BBC OK?
turosatano
(Sep 25 06, 06:04)totally with you on this. one of my biggest annoyances while watching the news.

I can't stand the word "comprende" when gringos say it.
it's wrong!!i also can't stand when one of our clients uses the words "happy vectors". It is my fault to begin with coz once as a joke I named the final files we sent them "happy vectors". Now they call anything done in illustrator "happy vectors".
and of course the way japanese shorten words.
Pureisute = playstation
Maku = Mcdonalds
Sutaba = starbucks
