Ok Ive been getting the munchies at work while sitting at my desk, I dont want to become a lard ass so, anyone ever use those appetite supressor type stuff ? or have any recommendations ?

drink two glasses of water!! a craving for food only lasts 15 minutes so if you can beat that then you are golden. if not veggies or fruit. Or a yogurt
