most the 'electronica' I listen to is more downtempo - midtempo, so take it with a grain of salt...
Pablo, Fat jon, Nujabes, Bonobo, Jaffa, Mo'horizons, Trio Eletrico, Strike Boys, Diplo, Jaga Jazzist, fuck there's just so much decent stuff out there...
as for labels, check Tru thoughts, Guidance, Fat City, Grand Central, Naked...

Start with http://www.bleep.com , try and find people-above's selections, then try the following labels:
(preferentially listed):Leaf
Warp (obviously)
Lo Recordings
Type
Scape
Rephlex
Kompakt
Novamute'electronica' is a curious tag - I'd be wary of anyone who adds Paul sodding Oakenfold in the list. For me, it is (or at least was) any music that was not only electronically-derived, but actually sounded like the mute reverberation of a party inside a computer chip. Nowadays, i think it's more simply anything that couldn't be done IRL. wer.
Like lvl_13 suggested, you've asked for a very wide range of recommendations...
Here's an additional list, of some of my favourite artists:
(low-mid tempo electronic music - alphabetically listed)Alexandroid
Alex Smoke
Bibio
Colleen
Kelpe
Lemon Jelly
Múm
Radioactive Man
Susuma Yokota (possibly irrelevant to this list)I want to go on, but these are what I'd actually want to recommend. :)

Fuck me - that Sebastian is great, Concrete!
Thank fuck for the French!

forgot about the Type label, I have a couple good 12"s from them, but the one full album/compilation I have is almost unlistenable...
like Manitoba...
- Nairn0
'like Manitoba...'? You mean they're on a "Type label compilation, and I don't like it" or "I like it"?
Manitoba is a bit hit and miss, but I do like his 'Start Breaking my Heart' album and his later stuff as 'Caribou'. But Manitoba's on leaf label? If you like, I can upload it for you, snuggs, see what you think.
- mr_snuggles0
I meant Manitoba is relatively unlistenable [just my taste tho] same as the one Type comp i have... which after looking at their site, I cun't even find it, but it's about 4 years old....

Decoller's entries in this week's FMT are worth checking out, foreverwer..

Caribou is magical, I feel like I'm floating whenever i listen to that stuff.
Anyone have some?
- Nairn0
I can have 'The Milk of Human Kindness' up in about 40 minutes, if you like?
Swap for some Sebastian? :)

for a while, around 7 to 5 years ago, it was all I listened to. Then I found myself skipping over them in iTunes and to this day can't listen to them
- Nairn0
..or 'Up in Flames', which is in my Manitoba directory, for some reason* (alongside 'start breaking my heart')
Take your pic.
*there's a slight dilemma - does an artist with multiple names go in the one directoy, or per nomme de guerre?
Hmmmmm....
- Concrete0
Thanks Nairn, I wil give you some sebastian when I have it. Can't find his album anywhere?
- Nairn0
Hold on, I got that wrong. But kind of right.
*sigh
