damn...that is very broad and expansive field you just asked to give recommendations for!
:)
anyway...some to start with maybe (sort of going off your list):
ian pooley
swayzak
mark farina
darren emerson
the freaks
mylo
luomo
bob sinclair
dimitri from paris
doc martin
erland oye
herbert
hot chip
junior boys
jori hulkkonen
nathan fake
anything off OM
anything off naked music
a bunch off defected
olav basowski
stewart walker
underworld
william orbitmost of that list is house...which is closest to the genre you are looking for (i think anyway). let me know if you want any more suggestions that are not so much on the house tip, but still in the electronica category.

that's just off the top of my head.
there is a ton of great stuff out there...there is also a ton of shit!
just like any other category of music though i guess...you just got to dig through stuff until you find something that you like.

It's great. Type in the name of bands/songs you know and it generates a radio station based on the style of music. Great way to find new stuff.

matthew herbert .. also known as herbert, radioboy, doctor rockit wishmountain and the matthew herbert big band
very wide range of good music, all depends of which name he releases under.
- 899prod0
try 'ruby blue' the roisin murphy album for a poptastic way in to herbert's warped sound.
the big band album is ace. can we call that 'neo-crooning'? cos i'd put the god-like louie austen in that too. (oh and herbert did an ace mix of one of his...)
not so keen on the last proper herbert LP though...
