    'electronica' is a curious tag - I'd be wary of anyone who adds Paul sodding Oakenfold in the list. For me, it is (or at least was) any music that was not only electronically-derived, but actually sounded like the mute reverberation of a party inside a computer chip. Nowadays, i think it's more simply anything that couldn't be done IRL. wer.

    Like lvl_13 suggested, you've asked for a very wide range of recommendations...
