I like it's not Flash (not a fan of flash sites), but typographically it's suffering and bares little resembulance to their print campaigns (gawd, I hope Gucci don't start using Arial and Verdana for their print campaigns... free fonts hardly say luxury, do they? Dunno.

I like it because it's web 2.0 that, for the most part, does not look like web 2.0.
I'd like to see how it runs on my parent's shitty computer, but I'm sure that anyone who is shopping on the gucci site will have a computer less then 2 years old.

gosh. didn't expect such an uproar.
I posted the question earlier asking who built it mot because i thought it was beautiful, but because it is a fully functional ecommercce site with java animation. looks flash but functions like html.In that sense it's beautiful. more development than design but see no reason to hate here not to mention they're giving away the script.

worst interactivity ever for someone that(most of the people we all design for sadly) has no idea that the browser is capable of magic and scrolling all the way to the right, most people think they need a widescreen.
