Used them for about 8 years. Had some issues with email early on, but no problems ever since.

I'ma echo jam_factory here and toss out http://www.bluehost.com. If nothing else, you can't beat what they're offering for the price they're offering it. The speed is fairly decent as well (though likely not as fast as MT, just guessing) but I'd say my motion work loads reasonably fast.
Support: haven't had to use it except to say, "Reset my space, please." "You want us to upgrade you to new space/bandwidth offer we'll be rolling out in a couple weeks while we're at it?" (Same price as always.) "You'd do that?" "Sure." "Sure. Thanks."
I'm a fan.

I also looked at hostgator, 1and1, but I've not heard great things, I think they are companies that over-sell and then can't live up to it. I'm willing to pay a bit more to get reliable hosting.

(Aug 21 06, 01:13)all discount hosts oversell. that's what makes them able to discount so much. pretty much every host listed in any thread on NT is a discount host. if you don't want to pay for a non-discount host, you won't be able to get perfect hosting with near 100% uptime, huge bandwidth and space packages, all while getting it under 7 bucks. just decide if completely reliable hosting is worth it to your business. if it's not, go with a discount host.

Currently looking myself too.
We have a server atFast hosts at the moment but I am looking to stop and move my account elsewhere.
Not too many issues with Fasthosts but the mails block up on a busy day.
i host about 8 clients sites plus a few of my own so will be needing a good reseller host.
Plus the idea is to run a load of email addresses for companies (like the mailbox service we currently provide).
so keep em coming...

OeufOeuf..no i have not decided!! I gave up on it for the time being. I'm thinking of cyberhostpro though.
Did you go for MT then?

on mediatemple just to let everyone know....and what I have heard is that the 2gb account is going to 10gb and the 5gb acct to 20gb .. the bandwidth will increase from 75gb to 1.5tb
also, don't know if that will affect pricing..
but here is a discount code that is still working.... for I think 15% off.... kirupa05
in terms of service MT rocks...always a person answering unless major issues which is so so rare.....
