i had this guy do EFT on me last night. It was rad. He like taps all these pressure points on your body. Well not pressure points, some Meridian lines, chi energy or whatever it was. I dont even know. But it works!
It's kinda like hypnosis, but not quite because your more directly stimulating nerve clusters. BUT its so good. It dissociates these conditioned emotions we have towards certain facts/situations. Kinda reprogrammes your brain and gets rid of stress, anxiety, sadness, anger, fear, whatever that is associated with a certain situation/memory. And it works!
It's about challenging belief systems, and changing them. Which is what i'm into right now.
Don't know why i thought it appropriate to mention in this thread. Something like, hey Crouwell, no need to be sad... chin-up fella, it's all good! as that Irish dude says on this forum
