Sounds like a good idea, though - you could do it in English, but focus on a Dutch perspective.
Personally, I'm only put off by foreign-language websites if they're entirely unnavigable - I'm quite happy to dig around otherwise.
i know where you're coming from though - personal websites, detailing your own interests, are so hard to pull into reality - there's a potentially huge remit of possibility! I mean, it's like you're defining yourself by what you publish - or restricting yourself by what you don't.
I've lost count of how many iterations of different site I've done for myself on different subjects.. and not finished.
I find now that I'm a better consumer of information than relayer or provider.
