My bro and best bud got arrested in The Big Easy for possession. Charges basically got dropped bc police had no probable cause for search. But to hear them call us for five days every night from Parish County prison was rough..
"Dude, some big motherfucker took my meal kit. I can't eat with out it..get us the fuck outta here..."
Of course, all the attorneys I knew were in NY..when I contacted them they were all like "Oh man, New Orleans is the only place in the US where they operate on a different legal code. Everything there is all Napoleonic, where the rest of the US is English Common law. You'll have to get a lawyer down there..."
Which was my first introduction to how corrupt NO was. Katrina didn't suprise me in the least...Best line was from some ass wipe Bail Bomndsman "Well you all come from New York with your fancy internets. Down here we only got fishing nets and you all will have to take your time..."

I got confronted with armed police in Halls of Residence. I was so scared I nearly dropped me bong.

(Aug 2 06, 08:12)hahaha... that reminded me of back in highschool when I was trying to take a bong hit in this parking lot we all went too... I couldn't get it lit becasue it was clogged and I was saying "what the f*ck I can't light this bong!!!"
There was 2 Miami Dade cops right behind me. They called me a dumbass and told us to leave.

1- 8th grade halloween, 14 years old, 3 of us were lighting off fireworks in the woods. Got a little outta control. Burned about an acre. Fire dept came from their halloween party in costumes.
2 - Spring Break 2000, Mexico, 2 hrs before our plane was leaving. 5 of us busted smokin twigs on the beach. Thrown in the back of a pickup truck with a tarp over it. Taken to shithole holding cell, robbed of everything. After other friends gathered up money, we got released and made the plane.

once i got arrested cause a group of guys jumped me as i walked out from a mcdonalds about 4 months after i got out of the marines. i beat the shit out of 5 of them.
turns out 3 of them were 17. fuck.
wouldn't you fucking know it they pressed charges and i got a night in jail.
um... hello... you started to beat ME up.
The whole thing was tossed out of court after their records came up. And, the fact that they had beat up 3 other people earlier that night.
Arrested a few years ago for pulling a wheelie on my bike right past a cop. I was too busy looking at the jeep of girls to notice the cop in the alley. Ripped past him on one wheel doing 90 in a 30.
By the time the cop caught up I already had my license and insurance out on my bike tank, I was off the bike and my hands were already placed behind my back. He laughed and said "Thanks for making this the easiest arrest ever".

if so then i have a hella lot of stories of how i trew grenades at this old lady and her friends minding their own business and just you know it a bunch of cops came out of nowhere... a huge gun battle had started as i threw down my cheat code and got a barrage of full metal jackets...i unleashed a total annilation onto those pigs and their friends kept on comming so i grabbed one of their cop cars and took off only to be chased by tanks and such, so i dropped my car and threw down another cheat code and got meself a helicoptor with missles and i laid down the law on every gerryatric and their friends lableing this land MINE!!!!!
and as i wasnt paying attention some cop snuck up behind me and my fun was over.
arrested and thrown in jail.

The manager told me (and the 5 other people in the room) that he wasn't going to call my parents or tell the police anything, as long as I just leave the place and never come back. This was fine, and then my dad found out about it about 3 days later from the police, who wanted to talk to him. Anyhoo...I got one HUGE lecture (as per usual) and felt bad about my parents not trusting me, but I didn't feel bad at all about the shoplifting. The manager was a rascist bastard anyway.

also had a couple close calls with authority for poaching (illegal fishing) back in high school.
i've never stolen anything. I don't want the bad karma it will bring.
i guess overall i am pretty tame.

18 - destruction of private property (hehe - shooting out streetlights with a BB gun aft being inspired by the movie "sniper".all in all not bad - just really funny to look back now and realize how crappy my luck streak was there for a while.
