The inside ‘inside’ story of this hire is all summer I’ve been at the Candler Park pool with the neighborhood children who are apparently taking speed with their morning vitamins and I have had to ashamedly wait ‘my turn’ to do laps I sit baking patiently listening for an alert from the lifeguard “ADULT SWIM”. The stuffiness of this word got to me. I thought, I don’t necessarily have to be mature about my time here maybe I wanna party too! So I flapped around like Arty the Aqua Boy performing stunts and shooting water through my teeth at the children standing to the side with grimmaces.. moaning about their time out. Maybe in my interpretation in some odd fashion I taped into the rain dance of anime prosperity. I think maybe. I think of this.

I fucking hated adult swims as a kid.
Fucking hated it.
I couldn't go off the diving board so the old geysers could use their little boards to go from one end of the deep end to the other ... which they could have done anywhere else.
That being said ... the deep end was 12 feet, and the regular deep end was 6 feet.
Now being the age of an adult, and subsequently the height of an adult, I can see why they needed the deep end.
But it really used to drive me off of it.

Yea, in my head I think of it as an adult swim for us now that we are older.
All day the kids can watch cartoons, but then there is "our" time.

good point, version4. although i did get a view of the design to date and feel i'm pretty well suited for the project.
ah .. we'll see. maybe it'll only last a week. gotta give it a try nonetheless.
