how was it ? you didn't look into it's eyes did you cause it will have infected your sould if you did.
Also bear in mind I am now in bed due to being ill so lay off any gross visual images or I may just honk up over my mr men duvet and pillow set.

It was very good.
The texture is like beef, and it tastes a little like venision. It looks like mutton though.We had the chops Saturday, although I couldn't chop 'em because my cleaver (and my aim) wasn't quite good enough. So I took the bone out, and pan fried it.
I had mine rare, with just a little salt and pepper. It was swimming blood like a fucking blue steak chossy. You would've loved it.

Oh.. And half a goat is about 13kg, and cost about £50.
He's got the other half still at Borrough Market should any of you fancy some. I'd go with the shoulder, and go about slow roasting it if you want my advice.

my mom traded my pony for a pile of goats without a single warning when i was a kid and then tried offering me goat's milk and cheese. i hate goats and their bodily fluid accoutrements. honestly never thought about eating the meat.
