Hey there,
I'm working on a corporate identity for a newly renovated Greyhound Racing Track, Stadium type thing.
It is being rebranded as more upmarket and sophisticated than the one previously. Has anyone got any good Greyhound identity designs, website links or programmes? Many thanks
Karlos

I am sure you could come up with an interesting logo but the industry itself is very questionable.
Example:
"In order for the dog racing industry to exist, TENS of THOUSANDS of healthy young greyhounds must be KILLED every year for no reason!"Abuse is common practice.
My uncle actually has a rescue greyhound that was abused.

Yeah, why don't you redo this site pro-bono to even out your karma:

Me and the missus have two rescued greyhounds, one came from a good, registered track who put her up for adoption when she retired. The other was thrown out of a car door onto the hard shoulder of a motorway after a bad race at an unlicenced track.
The registered tracks are ok but they're in the minority.
As for the ident, greyhound busses in the states already have the classic profile logo but I'd have thought something along those lines would be worth working on.

(Jul 18 06, 07:02)2 of my cousins have owned rescued grayhounds. Both were abused and the one had to be put down at 5yrs old as it broke it's hip just walking up a flight of stairs... at 5yrs old.
It's a damn shame what they do to those dogs.

wow, I think it is pretty noble to adopt the rescues. They are cool dogs anyway.
