Thinking about this option.
Looking into job opportunities.
Or shouldn't i bother at all?
I know i will have to live in a shed or something and pay about 700 pounds a month for it, at least...

well, i don't like the people here. dogville is getting real here. narrow-minded hypocrits pointing at each other all the time. fucking peasants.
i thought i could manage it here, but since renting something here is almost as bad as anywhere else i say fuck it, i'll live in a shithole elsewhere..
any britons still online?

you'll have no problems with erb in london, plus plenty of job opps for talented ppl. Rent and cost of living is high and you should be used to big city living and all that goes with it - but pay is higher than elsewhere in england to compensate, social is great and their is a good scene their too.
saying that I live north and travel in as and when!!

ive lived in london for 7 yrs...it took a while to adjust completely but i have a nice dealer in quality herbs, a lovely if small flat in highgate for 600/mo and i can safely say that i'm never bored here.
as a side note, i also lived in amsterdam and haarlem for 2 years. although they are lovely places, boredom did set in and a sort of close-minded provincialism did eventually irk me...
i'd say give london a try! if it doesn't work out, yr less than an hour away from home..

there is nothing not to love about london! you should definitely come here!
sure, the weather can be awful for a few months in the winter, but that's why we have lots of cosy, lovely pubs.
i'd been toying with the idea of going back to barcelona (still am in some ways), but i'm sure it would bore me to tears.
london has it all, and if you get to know the city a little bit, you can actually find some great places to live that are actually affordable.
come visit and i promise not to scare you, janne!
