from 7 am one morning...through the night....to 7pm the next day
15 minute power naps on teh couch every couple hours kept me going...as did 5 coffees, 4 redbulls, and a 6 pack of pacifico

i'm working on hour... oh... i don't know....
35 ish? I'm feeling ok, but fuck me... still so much to do.my longest is 49 hours. no breaks...
last minute clients are terrible.
best part of the deal was: my boss made the client sit there with us to proof, and to basically dit in the corner and watch us work. she didn't say one word other than "oh my GOD" every once in a while because her eyes were burning

I used to do a lot of all nighters, whether it was on the job, freelance work at home or out drinking all night then rolling straight into work smelling like an ashtray.
I hardly do that shit anymore, as I learned that my deadline for clients is announced as tentative, because very rarely do they pay me on time, so fuck em.

I used to pull all-nighters on the regular in college. Usually working on a paper. For me there was a certain thrill about being up at 4:00 am, hyped up on red bull, playing unreal tournament, and knowing that you still had to write 4 more pages and edit that bitch in the next 6 hours.
The thing about being in school is that after that shit is done you can blow off class and sleep all day. Doesn't quite fly in the working world, but then again I have no need for all nighters anymore.
I actually kind of miss it (slow tear).

(Jun 8 06, 10:35)I get a thrill from that as well, but I don't count the nighttime. Therefore, I make sure to start my essay at least by noon and I'll generally be finished by 10pm or before that. Works well.

I've had a couple 48+ hours stints this past month with no sleep, all in all though I've logged over 140 hr OT in the past 5 weeks....
I'm running on adrenaline, booze, drugs and cigs right now, I had more then 8 hrs sleep the other night and felt like I was gonna collapse the next day...
