Before I go I'd like to say I just had a wonderfully ballsy idea.
Yesterday, after I left for the day the Creative Director posted a job for my position.
Today, after the CD left, I should post a job for her position. Think she would get the hint?

fooler I'm positive it is for my position, as I'm looking back at what I have in my files from when I applied and it's the exact same wording.

Earlier the cool I.T. guy told me that before I came in 2 full-time hires, and 3 freelancers quit cause they didn't want to work for the CD or the company as... it's shite.

Good luck man. I feel for you because I worked at a shit place like that for 8 months way back when. I walked out without any notice and walked right into a higher paying, way better job without being able to use them as a reference. I just showed the decent work that I did there in my portfolio and said I was a freelancer for those 8 months.
I hope the same thing happens for you.
