and who was the Moira chick

its too bad none of the mutants had the power of writing or directing films. That would have helped quite a bit...

= Moira

(Jun 5 06, 07:35)It's funny when people don't and they sob for a while and they you tell them, and they're like, "oh, then the film didn't suck as much I thought it did."

Or you shout their real name really loudly and tell them to look at you.

I have questions:
a) Is the cure temporary? Either Magneto is so strong that it wore off quickly, or he's so strong that the cure doesn't effect him like it effects the other mutants. He's pretty old and probably the strongest mutant to receive the cure.
Also, I think saying "I love you" or something similar is the #1 weapon or way to get a character to stop being evil in many films, haha.

I watched it last thursday with josimarx I loved it :D, shame xavier dies but I recon he lives on in the minds of others, for example he was talking about transferring a different conciouse into anouther body before storm got all moody so I think he will pure have transferred himself into wolverine or someone that was in the house when the whole phoenix apeshit bit happened.

Previous post has a SPOILER ALERT!
- Jaline0
already have :P
I've thought about the film more and I can understand where people are coming from when they say it was too rushed...because it was. However, those same people are usually the types who hate sad films, or films where many of the characters die, at least in my experience of who liked X3 and who didn't.
Personally, I think it sucked that Jean/Phoenix died because she's one of my favourite characters, but hopefully she'll come back. Since most of the mutants in the X-verse come back at some point anyway.
I didn't care for Cyclops but they definitely left his death open.
Xavier's death was a bit of a surprise (even though I mistakenly read some spoilers beforehand).
I managed to wait until the end to see Moira, and then read up about her afterwards. It's interesting.
Too bad there probably won't be another X-Men film (with all the characters) after this. They're making one with Wolverine (where I hope some X-Men can make appearances, such as Beast), and one focusing on the younger kids, probably Kitty.

jaline will you divorce me?

Whoever said X3 completely sucks is WRONG. Hehe.
I loved it. Very action-packed. Cheesy and rushed at times, but otherwise it was a decent film and definitely will be going into my DVD collection whenever it comes out...

this thread is seriously hard to find. I keep putting in variations of 'x-men', 'x-men 3', 'x men', etc.
