Oliver stone has never been known for making "safe" movies. Most of his "historic" movies are usually filled with revisionist history, ready to piss a lot of people off. I would bet that the trailer is pulling a few punches, I would bet there is more to this film than the trailer shows. Trailers just get the most people into the theatres.

imagine this was a true story!a terrorist attack like that would probably prompt the american government to wage war on all terrorists around the world in a bid to find out who was behind this revenge attack and would maybe make them think theyve got the right to invade and occupy any country they wished to do so to find these terrorists.
In the prequel to this film the story could be something like the 'attacked' country raping the attackers country of its oil and selling this country weapons of war.
That would put a nice twist on the sequel WTCII which could feature the attacked countries armies fighting against the 'terrorists'. Itd be ironic the fact that they are fighting against their own weapons.

I downloaded United93 and watched about 30 minutes of it.
Looked like "Unsolved Mysteries", I kept waiting for Robert Stack to narrate.
