flagellum
(May 19 06, 19:28)flagellum,
you are the only one being obsessed with "liking/disliking" Jaline here.
i couldn't care less about her since she does not live next door to me, but what i do know is that she is smarter and more interested in the larger issues then most of her contemporaries, and for that i respect her.
i have no reason why i should like her more just for the fact she is a girl.
so stop that bs.

Yeah no doubt crouwel, like we're trying to get laid or something.

It's true, at least one person patronizes me in every major thread. It's always a Republican or someone who is very Christian.
- mrdobolina0
//yet they are very tolerant.

-----------------------hehe. love it.
- flagellum0
here's one that will throw you for a curve, Crouwel... ya know what?
I hate religion.
It binds people up, and strangles them. It breeds hypocrisy and hate.
But what do we mean by "religion"? I define it as man's attempt to appease a deity, via works or performance of some sort. And you know what? Many people have distorted the Christian message into religion. And you know what else?...
...they're not Christians.
You see, the message of the New Testament scriptures is clear: Jesus paid it all by living the perfect life we are incapable of living. He died in our place and rose from the grave victorious over death. All we can do is receive the free gift he offers us thru the beautiful work of love he did. It can't be earned (religion).

"Why let the people, culture, etc... who raised you, dictate what you believe today?"
Noone dictates me. I did not have much moral guidance from my parents as they had lots of issues. i have no predefined political background or special economical status either..
i am just another example of DIY morals and standards.
and the people i believe are the ones who are better then i am in these discussions but who do maintain a strong belief in humanity and not in dogma's!
we will forever fundamentally differ in our opinions here so i've had a good time venting my anger for the day here and i'll end this by wishing you all
goodnight and goodluck!
*lights fag
- mrdobolina0
hey light yer fag's in the gay marriage thread, hippie!

why do people that believe in this pretend bullshit always get so defensive about it?
- ********0
How bout this: stop forcing your nihilistic, humanistic, empty, therapy-ridden, balderdash down my throat.
flagellum
(May 19 06, 19:32)i am not nihilistic, don't start making things up now or i will really put you on ignore with uber and all the rest.
oh and therapy will do you good, as it will open your eyes on real-life matter and see why people do things and learn to deal with them!
instead of just pointing fingers at everyone while waving an old dogmatic book at their faces!
but an open mind is the dead of all dogma's.
and you don't want that.
and that is why we will NEVER agree.
- mrdobolina0
been smoking all evening.
Barb, are you real or a figment of snuggles imagination?
- flagellum0
Where does your "moral guidance" come from, Crouwel? Why do you have those standards? What is the absolute standard with which you juxtapose your morals?
What if i told you that I like to viciously beat people because it lets off some steam and makes me feel better?
Oh but you can't judge me! This is MY moral code and it is OK by MY moral code.
Tell me about the lines you draw and why you draw them and what gives them any value whatsoever.

Enter response:Because this 'pretend' BS as you call it has been around for thousands of years (even before christ)... and there hasn't been another book in history as effective and guiding to humankind as the Bible.
- mrdobolina0
ponyboy, admit flagellum is a creep.
- barbtastic0
been real all this time.
- ********0
and somehow this Bible book remains a best seller throughout thousands of years of book burning, banning attempts, persecution of it's believers, and on and on. And it STILL radically changes countless lives... especially those left empty from 19th century civil-war era "modernist" thinking. ;)
flagellum
(May 19 06, 19:34)come to think of it, we should really feel sorry for you now, not for homosexuals.
god i empathize with all your suffering.
//THANK GOD NOONE IN HISTORY SUFFERED BECAUSE OF RELIGIOUS FANATISM!
