I am a producer/project manager with a good amount of both design and programming skills. Currently I am finishing up a stretch at a small company in Boulder, colorado. I don't mind that I will soon be out of a job as I am a bit sick of Boulder.
I have lived and worked in the following cities: NYC [harlem & brooklyn], LA, Miami, Bangkok, Hong Kong, San Fran, and Philly...
Where would you move to?

The problem with BKK is that you immediately become a degenerate by western standards and you get paid shit for IT jobs.

e-pill I haven't tried any of those places. I have been in tokyo, but it's too expensive. Any reason you suggest them.

i feel this is really a personal decision. but as you are asking for 'em...
i would live in Zurich, Helsinki, and Copenhagen in a second. Dublin would be a *very* close second, but that is just because I love Ireland.I lived in Boulder for many years and why someone feels it is time to move on is their own decision, I know exactly what you mean.
good luck.

I wouldn't recommend London.
too expensive, too many pathetic weasley trendwhores, too many love themselves bitches, too polluted. Apart from that ots ok I guess. Oh yeah the weather is sucky 8 months of the year.

I find myself losing touch with people who are my age in america. I'm probably not going to get married, I have no kids, most of my contemporaries are heading down a different road.
I feel the need to go somewhere, but I do not know where.

Salt Lake City is pretty rad. There are world-class design firms and agencies. But the best parts are: super clean city, affordable housing, year-round outdoor activities, awesome weather and 600" of snow each year (Snowbird is still open goddammit!).
