Why does photoshop not alias an image at 33% zoom. Thats print size and it would be great to view your work at 100% print size and see it anti aliased on screen. is there anyway to fix this?

maybe type in an even percentage down at the bottom like 40 or something.

Photoshop doesn't know how to display a fraction of a pixel. 100, 50, 25, etc. all divide to whole numbers of pixels.
This is clearly a bitchass.
