I'll never understand the hate on Arial. It's like detesting a plain white T shirt.

(Apr 25 06, 12:36)i think many designers distane for arial is due to it is an acknowledged 'rip' of helvetica by M$. they did not want to pay the licensing fee for the face w/ adobe type manager so, they had their in-house team re-create the face in it's entirety. it is different for sure, but it is considered by many to be a 'rip'.

gee, that papyrus font REALY suck, just see where it is used and you'll notice that it sucks too!
