i get bouts of the insomnia aswell.
other then whiskey, or copious amounts of booze, i reccommend neo citron extra strength night time. it cant be good for you on a regular basis, but it certainly does the trick..
or excercise helps if you prefer teh natural route.
or give yourself the date rape drug.

Take a week off and get out of town. Leave all work behind and just enjoy things. Go for a senic drive (don't fall asleep there), walk on the beach. Most insomnia is caused by stress. Cut out the stress and sweet dreams. Keep it all in perspective, life is not a race and there is no finish line. (well there is but you don't want to get there yet.)
