Take a week off and get out of town. Leave all work behind and just enjoy things. Go for a senic drive (don't fall asleep there), walk on the beach. Most insomnia is caused by stress. Cut out the stress and sweet dreams. Keep it all in perspective, life is not a race and there is no finish line. (well there is but you don't want to get there yet.)
