I have a one-page folio, but it's not a typical one with the work just posted vertically or horizontally. I think that's kind of boring. Being creative with the concept of a one-page layout is a lot more interesting.

...has a few cool features such as searching / multiple sized imagery, and you can pretty much navigate through everything with just your cursor keys
