Company outings are mandatory. Otherwise if you don't go, the women will gossip about you. That's the purpose of women in the work force. Gossipping.

Oh yeah, and also manipulating otheres for their imcompetence of producing good work.

I have seen about 8 threads about hating women in the workplace in the last week, haha.

I guess as a man you have to be manly about it and take it.
But I agree that gossip is annoying.

(Apr 21 06, 06:22)hope this doesn't sound too hateful but imo, it's mostly because of all this Political Correctness on having to hire minorities and women to fill quotas bullshit.
You either have the talent or you don't to meet the requirements for a position. Screw the race and sex card.
Have seen it first hand in so many places. Corporations are a huge mess in this regard.
It's a HR and PM's nightmare

In younger peer groups I've noticed:
Girls also know how to support. They can compete and push each other to succeed in order for there to be multiple winners. Guys tend to take a winner-takes-all approach.
Of course, there are many different types of friendships and cliques, but that's not really what we're talking about.

(Apr 21 06, 06:30)I had this discussion with two female colleagues the other day. They totally agree. Vicious, sinister at times.
wtf!?!?

Jaline is manipulating all of us in this thread. She first comes in with a comment trying to join our side. Then she sneaks in her argument in her last post. A classic case of manipulation.

Jaline is a sweet girl now.
You must admit. She knows how to get her way in these here threads!

(Apr 21 06, 06:36)I completely agree.
However, the education and skills needed to get into certain jobs should be equally offered to everyone as well.
