I have seen about 8 threads about hating women in the workplace in the last week, haha.

You either have the talent or you don't to meet the requirements for a position. Screw the race and sex card.
Have seen it first hand in so many places. Corporations are a huge mess in this regard.
It's a HR and PM's nightmare
