I tend to commit more than necessary at work. I tried to appreciate more about what I do and where I am at work.
what I'm frustrated about is that, my boss agreed with me when we were discussing about something and my boss wanted to talk more about it with my bigger boss, so we brought it up again when we were having a meeting with bigger boss, but as soon as my bigger boss said something, my small boss was changed within a sec and saying stuff as if he was thinking exactly what my bigger boss was thinking.
I was just looking at his eyes and couldn't say anything.I better learn how not to take everything too seriously. It's bothering me a lot, but I have to move on and at the end of the day, reality is that we all look out for ourselves.
