1 week. so far seems promising.
I think my bosses a pretty loyal. i'm already taking time off work this week, and they are ok with it. but then it's for an emergency.

I average 1 year. Either they fold or I bounce cause it sucks. Currently I just passed a year mark. On the lucky side, my newer jobs always seemed to pay more outside going freelance for a bit.
AOL > 1y > lovin' it
EA Sports > 1.2y > to much ot
Freelance > 6m > was forced into
OEA > 1yr > boss was an ass
GCT > 1yr > folded
Hypersite > 6m > didn't pay
Firstborn > 6m > laid off
Altair > 1.5y > folded
AVX > 5m > bounced for more $

and I completely agree with Nairn about the loyalties of the boss.
I've been digging around for new employment for a few months now. Time for something better, that I can learn from.

Few months with my last job. cool job (online retailer) but lack of commitment on their part, forced me to start looking - before I had too.
New job starts after easter - in the heart of the city more £ than ever before and a healthy challenge - cant wait! I love working in Central London! Best place in the world!

i imagine it will get better as i gain experience and get more interesting projects. this junior business is tedious.
i'm considering going back to acpuncture school though. and making furniture on the side.

true enough...
maybe its that you lost that urge to learn more with inifite amount of time.
acupuncture sounds dandy, but is there a market in southern states for that? besides Austin?
- ********0
are you serious about the acupuncture?
- ********0
wasnt she already in acupu before?
- _salisae_0
yes. i've been looking into four year programs. i've got two years completed already.
i am happy i studied design but think i'd feel more fulfilled in acupuncture.
i wouldn't leave nt though! no way. poke someone, sit on the computer, make a jest. make a jeer. poke someone. mix some herbs. winky face .. etc.
