Fresh air and exercise for me too, and: I do all the boring stuff that you have to do eventually anyway, like taxes, laundry, chores.

This also goes for when I get extremely frustrated about a code or script. I just cool off a bit and, if I can, I wait until the next morning to get working on it again. It always helps to relax a bit.
