Alcatraz night tour. Absolutely. My GF and I went in 2004 and it was so much fun.
Rent a bicycle (or unicycle if you're one of those talented prick kind of people) and ride across the GG Bridge to Sausilito.
Hang out across the street from Robin Williams house with a telephoto lense and see if you can catch him naked, treating his body like an amusement park.

- Walk around Pacific Heights
- go across the Bay to Tiberon for the best views of the city
