i'm a staunch supporter of licencing parents. i mean, we licence drivers and gun owners so we don't allow dangerous people to potentially take life. we might as well licence people from being able to give life if they're not going to be able to properly support & raise it.
i'm not saying that some moral or ethical views are better than others, but i am saying that - regardless of financial status, race, or other demographic restrictions - there are a lot of kids out there that don't get the attention and support they need to grow. on one hand, it makes the world fun and diverse and everyone has different stories to tell. in another hand, some of them beceome so in need of impressing their parents they run for office and start wars.

well, the problem is that bunch of conservative men deciding what women should do.
what if their daughters get raped or have teenage sex and get pregnent when she's 13? would they still honor this law or would they send their daughters to another state to get abortion?

Yes! Succumb to BUSH Co.'s plans for us. A christian evangelical state where everyone loves eachother (anyone who disagrees will be shot) and nothing bad ever happens. Kinda like a cross between Jim Jones and Dawn of the Dead.
