i'm a staunch supporter of licencing parents. i mean, we licence drivers and gun owners so we don't allow dangerous people to potentially take life. we might as well licence people from being able to give life if they're not going to be able to properly support & raise it.
i'm not saying that some moral or ethical views are better than others, but i am saying that - regardless of financial status, race, or other demographic restrictions - there are a lot of kids out there that don't get the attention and support they need to grow. on one hand, it makes the world fun and diverse and everyone has different stories to tell. in another hand, some of them beceome so in need of impressing their parents they run for office and start wars.
