He's completely ripped me off. What should i do?

I had a guy rip off some of my animation from my portfolio and as luck would have it got a tip off from a mate as to who it was, I asked him once to remove it he laughed so i knocked the fucker out. Its funny cause after I did that I didn't really care!

no the source wasn't on my server. he must have open th e swfs with a flash decompiler

just so you know, i work off mac os 9 and your site doesnt work on it, i get the initial countdown on the top left and the dark grey to f4f4f4 or somfin to that colour effect, but hte rest is blank...
i know i need to upgrade...one day soon i will!!!

haha. and yeah, I get double preloaders on some of the projects. goes to 100 and then starts again.
