This is why everyone needs to keep a shit list page on their site.
For instance, you could make a new HTML page with that guys name in the title, page name, content, etc. and his web site name, everything, and simply put a message on there that the guy stole your design and code.
Then when people are looking for him, say, for a job interview or whatever, if they search the web they'll find that stuff.
I mean, look how easy it was for you to find that with just your name.
